Garment and product reports
Print a photo catalogue of your wardrobe or kit. Each item comes through as a photo card with its details, so you can hand a hard copy to the team or drop a PDF in the production file. Costume produces a Garment Report; Hair & Make up produces a Product Report.
The same catalogue prints from four places: the full Costume or Makeup list, a character's items, a change's items, or a box's contents.
- Open your Costume or Makeup list and select the items you want, or open the character, change or box and use the report action on its items list.
- In the report dialog, adjust the title and text size if you need to.
- Confirm, then download the finished PDF from the Reports screen. See The Reports screen.
- Open the Garments tab (Kit in Hair & Make up), or the character, change or box you are printing from.
- Open the list menu and tap Print, then tick the items to include.
- Tap Print. Haystack downloads the photos, builds the catalogue and hands it to your device's share and print sheet.
Printing on mobile is currently available on iPhone and iPad only.
Large selections take a moment because each item's images are gathered before the report is built. On mobile, stay on the dialog while it works; you can cancel at any point.
