The Reports screen

The Reports screen lists every report generated on the production: what was asked for, how far along it is, and the finished PDFs ready to download. Reports build on the server, so you can start one, carry on working, and come back for the file.
- Open Reports in the sidebar.
- Each row shows the report's title, type, status, size and when it was created. Search by title, filter with the Report type pill, or click a column header to sort.
- When a report finishes, click Download to save the PDF.
Wrap reports
The Wrap Report button at the top of the screen builds the whole production into one document: every scene with its characters, changes and wear notes. Choose the department it covers in the dialog before you confirm. It is the biggest report Haystack produces, so give it a little longer than the rest.
Everyone on the production can generate and download reports, readers included. A report that fails shows an error you can dismiss; generate it again from the same place.
